Problem Note 49171: SAS® Text Miner nodes are not displayed, or "names.txt" is displayed instead

If you add SAS Text Miner to an existing SAS® Enterprise Miner™ installation, no SAS Text Miner nodes are displayed in the user interface. Or, "names.txt" might be displayed.
The problem occurs if you install SAS Text Miner after SAS Enterprise Miner is already installed. SAS Text Miner is not configured unless you first unconfigure SAS Enterprise Miner. Then, configure both SAS Enterprise Miner and SAS Text Miner.
After reconfiguration, use SAS® Deployment Manager to rebuild the web applications. After rebuilding, the name of a node should be displayed in SAS Enterprise Miner when you position your mouse pointer over a node in the toolbar. The name should be displayed when you drag a node onto a diagram.
If "names.txt" is displayed, then perform this additional step.
Copy the entire directory "C:\SAS\Config\Lev1\Shared\CrossPollinatedContent\SASEnterprise Miner Mid-Tier${webapp.dminemid.release.number}\" to "C:\SAS\Config\Lev1\Shared\CrossPollinatedContent\SASEnterprise Miner Mid-Tier12.1\".
